This was almost the worst horror movie I've ever seen.
People were actually walking out of the cinema half way through.
Don't waste your money on this, go to a stamp collection show instead.
I can't believe they made this movie at all and tried to reboot Jeepers creepers.
The acting wasn't very good, the story was just stupid, it was an absolute discrace to the other 3 movies and the guy who played the creeper needs to go get another career, because he was terrible.
The whole movie was a total let down from start to finish.
I really can't understand why they tried to reboot Jeepers creepers with this waste of time.
Any fan of the other 3 movies would be very disappointed I'm sure.

Plot summary
The film unfolds as the Horror Hound festival holds its first ever event in Louisiana, where it attracts hundreds of geeks, freaks and die-hard horror fans from far and wide. Among them is fanboy Chase and his girlfriend Laine, who is forced to come along for the ride. But as the event approaches, Laine begins to experience unexplained premonitions and disturbing visions associated with the town's past, and in particular, local legend/urban myth The Creeper. As the festival arrives and the blood-soaked entertainment builds to a frenzy, Laine believes that something unearthly has been summoned and that she is at the center of it.

Disappointingly Bad Reboot
I saw Jeepers Creepers:Reborn, starring Sydney Craven-EastEnders_tv, Wolfblood_tv; Imran Asams-Wedding Season_tv, Hollyoaks_tv; Peter Brooke-Wonder Woman 1984, Sunrise in Kimmeria and Jarreau Benjamin-Coronation Street_tv, Red Devil.
This is a disappointingly bad reboot of the Jeepers Creepers franchise. The first one was in 2001, the second in 2003 and the third was in 2017. This one was filmed in the UK, Finland and parts of the USA. It takes place in Louisiana-after the second movie, since the third was a prequel-with Sydney & Imran on their way to a horror festival. Peter plays a festival worker that is also a local and takes Sydney & Imran to the house that was supposedly used by the Creeper-it was the prize in a contest held at the festival that Sydney won. Jarreau plays the Creeper. Sydney has visions-it's not exactly explained why she does-that involve Jarreau and a voodoo type of sacrifice. A lot of stuff doesn't make sense. For instance, Jarreau attacks people but doesn't kill when he should. Oh yeah, there is an opening scene that seems to have just been thrown in to have some name actors in the movie. It has Dee Wallace in it.
It's rated R for violence, gore, language and some partial nudity and has a running time of 1 hour & 28 minutes.
It's not one that I would buy on DVD or even rent it. If you really want to see it, I'd wait until it's on tv.

"How do you like those peepers?" Well, i don't...
There is barely any reboot out there other than ghostbusters that managed to be this horrible.
Everything in this movie sucks. The acting the writing, the CGI, the creature face, the dialogues and also all acts of the creeper are against the established lore. The creeper is:
- not a slasher killing for fun. Only kills certain people to eat their bodyparts
- never cared about babies..not to mention she is in early pregnancy so what to eat..
- not working with humans..
- doesn't sacrifice people on an altar
- doesn't go and put on the music everytime it stops during a frickin fight..
- usually not leave a dagger to his future meal..
- doesn't not really care worried about even major head injury remember the second movie writers? Who am i kidding they never watched any of it..
- and not controlling the crows as his personal Uber..
About the tone. This ain't a creeper dark scary horror movie. It is more like a stupid comedic slasher...
Characters: Most of them generic ones i bet it took 15 minutes to came up with them.

- redneck aka "yo wanna see my daggers?"
- hot tv reporter just to flirt with the bf husband? But why?
- a medium woman just like in all the other movies but here she is not even established nor her visions make any sense cause none of them ever happened or gonna happen
- guy who pranks
Dialogue is abysmal but i want to leave this brilliantly written part here:
- Babe why did he take you?
- Look i'm pregnant! He wants what i have!
- What?
- Yes i will marry you!
Whoever wrote this please change career..
And character reactions are unrealistic and one is the worst. The "Strong female pregnant gf" who has been kidnapped being cut up by the creature and then 2 minutes later she is turned into the "woman king" :P Remember when darry and her sister in the first movie were shocked and darry pretty much was traumatized just by looking at the creature and it's place? No nothing like that here! Strong female doesn't care about those silly stuff. 3 minutes after escaping she is into Galadriel face mode and wants to kill the Creature and goes against it toe to toe..
I can only hope this will not turn into a trilogy or they hire a total different crew for the next two who actually care about lore and the franchise..

This movie is incredible, incredible as in HORRIBLE, how it got a 2.5 rating is mind-blowing. IMDB should expand its ratings to negative numbers, this would rank a -4 at best.
I remember watching the original movie Jeepers Creepers from 2001. It was the best time ever! Became my favorite horror movie. So, gonna give this a try because of that. Not expecting much but oh well. Hopefully some movie studio with a big budget will remake the original and make it even better, if it's even possible.

I didn't like it but I've just realized I don't think I liked any of the jeepers creepers movies. The marketing must have gotten to me because I watched this one too.
Watched this and this one sucks to be honest. I rather watch the old movie of Jeepers Creepers. Better watch the hellraiser 2022 its worth and promising than this.

Okey, so im a long time fan of Jeepers. But this is just pure chaos! The backgrounds in every scene is just horrible. The lightning is just ... well can't find a word for it. The story is bad on so many levels. How could they destory Jeepers legacy with this. If u want a movie to just watch, see this but u won't miss anything incase u dont watch it. 1/5 Jeepers points.

Perfect example of how to make a movie ticking boxes and the end result of this.

Highlander 2 is the plot of the original superimposed upon a completely different film, so it makes zero sense. There can be only one, or half a dozen. Perhaps we'll send assassins to kill a guy who will become imortal again once we send them over. Brilliant plan. At least it was memorable. In a bad way.

JiveSamba, I only said that about Highlander 2 because it was such a misfit when it came to the series timeline. But, thinking of it as an alternate timeline movie...yes, awesome. :)
