Refreshing to see such dedication and progress in a world with its share of problems. Encouraging as as reminder of what private industry can and will do. Enlightening to get a little view of the larger than life Elon Musk. Thoroughly enjoyed it.
Plot summary
For the first time, Oscar-winning directors Elizabeth Chai Vasarhelyi and Jimmy Chin ("Free Solo," "The Rescue") point their lenses to the sky, covering the inspirational rise of SpaceX and Elon Musk's two-decade effort to resurrect America's space travel ambitions. Offering rare access inside the first crewed mission launched from U.S. soil since the retirement of the Space Shuttle in 2011, this is an intimate portrait of the engineers and astronauts chosen for the historic moment. Following NASA veterans Bob Behnken, Doug Hurley, and their families in the leadup to launch, RETURN TO SPACE brings viewers along for their thrilling ride to the International Space Station, and into mission control with Musk and the SpaceX team as they bring them back to Earth for a dramatic splashdown return.

Uplifting during difficult times
Brilliant documentary. A must watch.
Great insight on Space X.
Outstanding docu and great storytelling.
This documentary shows you the timeline of Space X and it's failures and success.
Elon is relentless and has changed the space industry with Space X.
Space X creates hope and overcomes challenges in this documentary about space travel.
A definite must watch if you enjoy space exploration.
Highly informative and interesting
I'm not a huge fan of documentaries but I actually watched this from beginning to end and it held my attention throughout. Somebody already said it - I knew part of the story but this really filled in a lot of the pieces about the space industry as a whole.
The film also gives decent insight into the character of Musk and his intentions regarding space travel. He shows genuine care about the mission and the people involved.
Highly recommend even if you hate Musk - still provides a great view of the mission of space travel over the past couple of decades.

And some idiots still think the Earth is flat!
Lets go die
OzzieCritic? What a poor excuse for a critic he is... just envious :)
Some people should stay of the drugs.. Omg hilarious
wow the level of stupidity in here
Hey quackdork, all real math, real science, and real observation proves the earth to not be a spinning sphere. There is a reason the very simple curvature formula is not taught in the mind control camps known as "schools" because it explains with fact where all that missing curvature is along one of the longest rivers in the world, namely 10 million miles of curvature height missing. It is impossible on a sphere of supposed 25,000 miles in circumference for a 4000 mile long river to only have 262 feet of gradual slope, when it must have 2,020 miles of curvature height to satisfy it being a sphere. Also, I have spoken with two aircraft pilots who point blank told me that neither curvature nor rotation exist which explains why they never make adjustments with their aircraft to account for these two fairy stories. The pilots told me this is why they use plane trig and not spherical trig for their navigation.

Elon Musk? What a poor excuse for a human being he is... lower than snake shyte :P
AtticusBongman, A valiant and worthwhile effort, but in this case, you may have been preaching to the choir, because Bogeythingamfug is probably worse than a flat-earther.
Hey @Bogeydefman3. Allow me to science you. The Val Allen belts are not solid shells around the world. They are relatively narrow bands that can for the most part be avoided on translunar flight simply by choosing the proper launch window. You schedule your liftoff for when your path to the moon avoids the worst of Van Allen belts. The Apollo 11 crew traversed the fringe of the belts in about 60 minutes. The crew received 0.18 rem each on average (‘rem’ stands for ‘roentgen equivalent man’). To compare, one CT scan delivers about 1 rem. To kill an adult human, you’d have to deliver 300 rem or more in a very short span of time, but if it is spread over weeks or even days, there will be few effects. About 50 rem delivered at once will cause radiation sickness but would not have been fatal. Furthermore, the Apollo command module was built to attenuate radiation by over 90% to less than 35 rem on the inside.
Thanks FREEMAN
Awesome, thankyou YTS..
